This 16-inch, smooth-turning lazy Susan keeps small serving bowls, honey and jam jars, salt and pepper, ketchup and mustard, and other must-have condiments centrally located within reach of the entire table. Ideal for consolidating all the ingredients for a do-it-yourself meal, diners can reach for cheese, meat, salsa, and lettuce to assemble their own tacos, or dip into dal, raita, mango chutney, and other flavorful side dishes for an Indian meal. Plastic bearings in the base ensure smooth rotation, and the scalloped edge makes the platter easy to turn and lift. A lightly textured surface helps keep bowls from sliding. Four adhesive rubber feet are included and can be applied to the base to add grip and prevent marks on wooden surfaces. Two Tupperware products extend the platter’s uses: the round Cake Taker fits neatly inside, allowing a cake to be easily rotated while frosted, and the Serving Center placed on the lazy Susan turns it into a divided snack platter. While dishwasher-safe, the platter should not be used in the microwave. --Ann Bieri
